We have been on Shopify Plus since the very beginning (2014) and BTown has been with us every step of the way. From ongoing maintenance to specific projects on bigger builds, they have been incredible. Every discussion starts with them asking about the business objective, not what can they build for me - that is a true partner.

I haven't even worked with these guys yet and would give them 5+ stars! Send a spec sheet for bid and Chad called me within a few hours, and took 30 minutes of his time to understand what i needed fully. even though our project scope doesnt fit in with their timeline, he followed up via email with valuable info...and this is without him having any stake in our project. In the future, I will certainly use this firm as our business grows. Thanks Chad!

Chad and his team did a great job creating our site. They were very good at understanding our specific needs and offering suggestions during the design process. Communication was prompt and efficient. Costs were given up front and in our case no changes were needed. The launch was smooth and a few small issues were taken care of immediately. I would use Chad and his team again.
