It’s been a nightmare dealing with BZ Gibson Productions and their lack of professionalism and responsiveness. Both Ben and Kaylee have ignored multiple attempts by myself via email, phone calls, and texts. They have even ignored letters from our lawyer as well. My husband & I got married in April 2018 and are still waiting for our final highlight video. We are not the only clients that have had to deal with this and I do not wish this experience upon any other married couple. The sad thing is that they are talented but do not know how to make the customer happy.
