Cal Atlantic did improper installation on this washer machine draining pan, they drill a hole into the side of the pan which cause a malfunction to produce water leak as result of water leak drywall damage on the garage ceiling, today a rep from Lennar "Mr. Jeff " come and saw all the problems we have, but said none of these will be cover by Lennar even when we still are within the year warranty.
