I had my iPhone battery replaced by Campus Mobile Solutions. The service was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business.

Dropped my phone off, had lunch with my daughter and my phone (with new screen) was ready when I returned. The employee who helped me was knowledgeable, did suggest additional purchases to keep my phone safe from another fall, but wasn't pushy. I'd definitely go back if my screen would happen to break again, but fingers crossed I can be less clumsy.

Asurian contracted with Campus Mobile Solutions for the replacement of the screen on my mobile phone. I was able to sign up and pay through Asurian and scheduled for a in home repair. I recieved a text the day before saying that since I had not confirmed my appointment that they canceled the service call I had paid for. I called and talked to CMS and the guy acted like he was doing me a favor by keeping the original scheduled appointment. Went on to tell me that I can just bring it to them. since they can do it in store in 30 minutes. I explained I wanted to keep my in home repair as scheduled. The next morning CMS called 15 minutes before the appointment to again try to cancel because he has to plug in a small space heater and there was rain and he didn't want to have to bring his heater out in the rain.... said it might burn down the house.... he again suggested me coming to the store. I tried to reschedule the appointment for a week later and he obviously didn't want to do the in home service!! He had nothing available... he hung up, and called me back. Stated he will just come, and acted like he was doing me a favor, he arrived plugged in a small portable heater, replaced the screen in little time. 20min max and was gone. My suggestion CMS is don't do in home repair or contract with someone who offers this if you don't want to do the job!!! Very poor customer service experience... the guy who was the technician is the red hair guy in the pictures.

I made an appointment to have the batteries replaced in our Galaxy S6 phones. I showed up on time (which got me a $10 discount on each phone). The tech had them fixed in a couple of hours. They look like new and work great. I am extremely pleased with the service and will recommend them to anyone who needs phone servicing.

was only place in cu that would replace 6 yr old ipod battery and i got it back next morning and it works. bought my own battery before i viewed the video how to replace it then decide to leave it to pros .glad i did thank you mobile solutions

Repaired the screen on my iPad quickly and correctly. Did a great job! Will go to them again if I need any repairs on my iPad or my phone.
