I've had many phone from Carolina west every one has been junk when I go in for customer service they say it's my fault bad chargers etc finnaly went in got a brand new iPhone 7 it lasted one day when I took it back they said it was sent to apple to be fixed when I got it bad from Carolina west my Jefferson location it was not a brand new phone it would not recognize and I phone charger of and kind and had no factory apps perty shure it was rebuilt in the store when I finally took my phone to the Apple Store in Greensboro because Carolina west would do nothing for me at all the Apple Store told me phone mother board had been replaced and not from apple they replaced my phone no questions asked So long story short Carolina west bad service terrible customer service from manger in Ashe location
