CDK is a former employer of mine. Prior to spinoff, ADP Dealer Services was an amazing career opportunity for employees. After spinoff, the company now known as CDK Global has been in perpetual disarray. In my position, I was a Project Manager handling Network Infrastructure projects. Unfortunately, knowledge and resources were the two highest risks with my subordinates which ultimately culminated with me leaving. Sufficed to say, the company itself has a lot of potential mixed with some bad apples; however, the customers need to pay close attention to what they are buying.

Just opened a New RV dealship in central Fl went with CDK for my software, BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! since day 1 have had issues and now that I am Open have received NO TRAINING or support. Every time I speak to "Todd" the training manager I get blamed for it. Over $11000 for a week of onsite training where the guy walked around my dealership visiting and checking things out instead of training. then was offered another week of virtual training that lasted 2 half days 3-4 hrs ea. Biggest waste of my money $44000+ and now I am back to running my entire dealership with no software.

Great job Jared we truly appreciate everything we accomplished on your recent visit. Jared was extremely proficient, professional, and productive!!! I highly recommend this company for any dealers looking for CRMs or Gold Mining data.

The worst vendor I have dealt with in the 8 years of being in the car business. I constantly have to resubmit cases due to them being done incorrectly, their customer service is horrendous, and their website is clunky and slow. We unfortunately have to use CDK Global due to a manufacturer requirement but if you have the choice to use their product I highly suggest you read the reviews on Facebook and check out their Glassdoor reviews. I've left numerous reviews on the feedback surveys they send in stating how displeased I am with the service being provided but they just don't care. No one has ever reach out to me, I literally had to call and complain until I was able to reach a manager after an hour of waiting on hold.
