This mall has so many phone places but Cellaris took care of me for my iPhone X repair And cases . Under new management discount they gave me for x repair ( look for MD ) , staff are very helpful 👌 Cellaris u will see me again for my next phone 😊

WORST SERVICE EVER. I CAME ALL THE WAY TO THIS STORE BECAUSE THE GIRL TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 60 FLAT ON THE PHONE. I GET HERE & SOME GUY TELLS ME NO IT WILL BE 85. I TELL HIM WHAT THE GIRL WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID AND HE STILL KEEPS SAYING NO. HOW IS IT FAULT? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO THERE. CAME ALL THE WAY DOWN HERE FOR NOTHING.

Don't take a chance here. We called the day before bringing my iPhone 6 in for cracked screen. We were quoted $60. When I arrived, the guys tried to tell me it was now $70 because it was a busier time of day. BS! They had NO customers and were hanging out eating and talking to a girl. I think they were gonna pocket that extra $10.THEN, when I pick up my phone, it's not as bright as it used to be. Playing around with it I realized that now if I turn it all the way on the darkest setting, I couldn't see ANYTHING. Completely black. So I go back in and he tries to tell me it's not his fault, but a sensor must have come loose during the replacing of the glass. I tell him I've got bad eyesight and really rely on the brightness so I can see. It's also got a strange purple tint to it now. He denies it all and basically tells me they're not liable. Shady shady shady. Don't take the chance, these guys could give an f about their job. 😡😤😠

Purchased a tempered glass screen protector for Samsung Galaxy S8, exactly one week later, the screen protector cracked. I called, they advised no warranty on tempered glass screen protector. We spent over $100 with them that night. Never again!

Horrible place!!!! I took my Samsung to get my screen fixed & picked it up 2 days later. I did not get my case back & the screen they gave me was cracked. So I paid $130, & they want me to pay agian to repair this cracked screen they gave me & buy a new case protector wth. Do not pay to take your electronic here.
