Took my phone back in today after having gone in yesterday. The screen didnt work the touch didnt work and the color was off.. they took no offence and gave me a new screen and everything is in tip top shape.

Guy came to my house, fixed my phone inside his car. My touch screen was cracked, he replaced it with a super thick blue tinted screen. The touch screen doesn’t work like it should and everything looks foggy. He said he’d fix it, never heard from him again. Take your business elsewhere.

Once there to get my phone fixed. Found out it was cheaper to use my insurance program. The gentleman was very helpful. And honest as well

Contacted them through messenger, email and by phone several times to have two phones fixed. When I spoke with someone they were either busy going into a meeting, never calling me back afterwards or busy on a break, never calling me back. If you didn't want my business should have let me know I would have gone somewhere else sooner. Almost 2 months waiting for repairs..unacceptable.

My husband had our iPad fixed here. They said it would be less than a week. Took over three weeks. They also never called to let us know it was ready. We had to call them. Not worth the price and not worth my time.
