This internet company is the best I ever had. It's also more affordable or same price but with better speed. I paid $130 for the new program and I get around 100 or more mbps. I do wish it had better upload speed I only get 2 or 1 mpbs upload. I do think it's unfair that 1gb speed package is cheaper than the one I paid and that I can't get it due to the location I live and I live just one block away from the 1gb homes location.

The tech, Jose was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He was more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure my modem was placed exactly where I wanted it and ran cable so I could use it with what I already had set up for my router. I appreciated the excellent customer service!

The technician who assisted me was excellent!!! She didn't talk down to me; she just talked me through everything and was so patient, as I have limited knowledge how all these things work. I was extremely impressed with her and am so grateful for the help she gave me. And we figured it out. (Actually, she did, but she helped me understand). Thank you for such a great technician!

We bought a home in a brand new development. We were lucky that Centracom offered fiber optics for our internet service. The installer came to our home and started the installation. He found that the builder had not finished their end of the installation yet. He contacted them to get the box outside of our house working. He then came back and finished the installation. He was very pleasant and friendly. He set up our router and an extender. The internet is much faster than we have been used to. We are very happy with the installation process and the internet service.
