Feedback:

I moved here in September 2019 and have found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful. Small things from an extra key to package delivery matter. The place is definitely dated and am hopeful for updates. The new leasing company should make plans to address the needs soon (e.g., stairwell carpeting in building 2). I rent a carport so parking is obviously simple. The apartment is huge and quiet. After 30+ days no noise from neighbors. Concrete floors and ceilings, brick walls keep the place quiet.I'm in the pool and fitness center often so that's a huge plus.

Feedback:

I just moved in and the staff and everyone here have been very helpful. The area is beautiful.

Feedback:

I’ve lived here awhile because it’s a good school district. But do not recommend it. There is currently a man waving a sign on the corner encouraging people to lease here... but they cannot afford to fix things like- the ceilings every time there is rain a scary amount of the ceiling comes crashing down), the walls have holes throughout the building, elevators/washer/dryers (they’re also more expensive than a laundromat) are constantly broken. Inside the apartments it seem they only slather paint over issues and hope you don’t notice? They are doing some nice updates on the older/empty units but will not do so for tenants who have been here. Everything within the apartments are old and run down, the only saving grace being the brick walls. Cool. They have a large pool which is very pretty from afar. But it’s dirty all the time (the indoor one as well) and instead of tending to it often they try place restrictions on its usage. No fun allowed in the pool, basically, or just very very little. The gym smells awful and the equipment is broken, the parking lots are so poorly paved I don’t know how we don’t all have flat tires, the staff have terrible attitude 80% of the time. And oh, we have car burglaries often but will they repair the lampposts so there’s maybe a little bit of lighting to deter criminals or at the very least provide safety as we walk from our cars at night? Hahahah no. So yea.. maybe look elsewhere. There are a ton of other issues but I think you get the idea if you just sat and read all of this.

If there is anything you take away from Googling your next home, it is TO NOT MOVE HERE. Where to begin... 1. They wanted to give us a completely trashed apartment. The day before we moved in I wanted to check it out, just to find it was filthy. Demanded a new one, which after 2 hours of arguing they did. 2. The first 2 months we lived the (Mid June to Mid August) there was no AC. They kept trying to 'mansplain' that it was fixed. It wasn't. Doesn't take an engineering degree to figure that its blowing out air hotter than the air its sucking in. Bought a temperature gun just to prove it to them. 3. Entering the apartment WITHOUT notice. They entered the apartment after being DENIED entry because they had no reason to come in. We thought it was a misunderstanding and they had the wrong unit because we didn't get a new AC system which they had to "take measurements for"? They keyed into the apartment 10 minutes later while my roommate was showering. 4. Mischarging rent. Enough said. 5. Upon moving out, we asked what was the procedure. They only said provide the rest of that months rent and a forwarding address. 3 months later I get a collections letter about a $250 cleaning fee because we didn't get the carpets professionally cleaned. (We left that place cleaner than we got it and cleaned the carpets ourselves.) They won't even send you a bill. They will tell you they did and send it straight to collections. They are the most incompetent people I have ever met in my life. For the love of God, Allah, or whatever higher power you believe in, do yourself a mental health favor and DO NOT MOVE TO CENTURY HILLS.

Feedback:

DO NO MOVE HERE. Where do I even begin. Initially the property will appear great. This is because they’ll sell you on the beautiful leasing office first before they show you any units. The buildings are very old,. Particularly the gallery south and north buildings in the back. It’s clear these buildings are of last priority in comparison to the newer tower buildings up front. So if you do decide to move here, do not choose a unit in the gallery buildings. I wish I listened to the warnings from the terrible reviews left on different sites for this property, but unfortunately I didn’t. I’ve been here for only 5 months and the chances of me renewing my lease are slim. So far there are hot water issues all the time, spotty heating depending on where you are in the apartment, the elevators have outdated inspection dates and are literally the oldest elevators known to man. The trash up front over spills over disgustingly, the parking lights at night flickers all night. Kids running down the hallways, stains on floors and walls. BUG infested apartments and maintenance does not see it as a high priority to address the issue. In fact I was told by the property manager that they're is nothing they can do but wait for pest control. Recently a bird was stuck in the vent of the apartment. Maintenance removed the bird but failed to clean the feces that was left. As a result my apartment became infested with flies. While a tenant see's this as a high priority issue that should be addressed immediately, maintenance does not. So be prepared to live in a complex that is ok with tenants living with bugs. I mean it really should be illegal for this property to have the words “Luxury Apartments” in their name. The leasing office is beautiful, but the reality is you’re likely not going to use it often, so don’t be sold on it. There are better more well managed properties elsewhere.

Feedback:

There is no other apartment worse than this one. My Apartment AC stopped working at night when the outside temperature was 85f, giving very foul smell and water dripping down in the closet. I might have called maintenance team and leasing office atleast 20 times but no one reached out for help for atleast 3 days. The reason they gave me was they do not consider AC an emergency and there were 40 other AC units which have pending work orders before mine. We ended up living in a hotel nearby for 2 days.

Feedback:

Ive been here for 3 months with my family and we love it! Its a quiet place, family oriented, the pools are great and there a small area with new grills and picnic tables. The only thing is missing a good playground for kids. But so far, anytime I need a repair in my apt they come and fix it the very next day. I came from Hartford and let me tell you is a HUGE difference!

Feedback:

I had written a review and the management had replied they are always willing to discuss about the issues. I had sent lot of emails regarding this and there has never been a reply. PLEASE DO NOT READ REPLIES FROM THE MANAGEMENT.! It is just a waste of your time. Hope everyone moves out of this dungeon and live peacefully..!!!

Feedback:

I am giving 1 Rating, because of rude staff members and have NO respect for the tenants. They will not give you even the least preference even though you stayed here for long and is a good tenant. Lot of community is moving out recently and still they are dumb in customer service. A new staff who came weeks ago was good to customers, but hope NOT she won’t be trained by these existing experience staff... LOL Surely rest of the staff needs training in basic customer service and how to be happy 😆
