While we were satisfied with the website hosted by ChurchSquare, we were very frustrated with the servicing of our account. We had significant challenges having phone calls and emails returned. We were told they were able to host our email, and later they determined they were not. We were unable to get the most basic help when moving our website content to another host. We have continued to receive bills for our account which was terminated months ago.

We’ve been paying customers for about 10 years and have recently began to have issues with our email setup. After several customer service calls our issue is still not resolved . The last phone call we were told he could not help us. We are sad and disappointed.
