Jen was amazing! I recently went on a trip out of the country and lost my phone on the last day so I came in to upgrade. I was worried I wouldn't get my photos from my trip but Jen got them back! She also helped me connect all my photos to my new tablet so I have them just in case anything happens to my new phone. I am so happy I came in the store I left with the biggest smile! This is my new go to store! Thank you Jen!

I dropped my phone yesterday and the screen was black and I was unable to do anything. I went to what I thought was the Verizon store in Danville and told that they could not retrieve the data (much more) then to Costco where I was told there was "Nothing they could do for me" ugh so upset. So glad I found Clickaway!!! Professional, knowledgeable I cannot say enough good things!! Paul and Breanna juggled customers and multi tasked pleasing everyone!! Especially me!! All data was recovered whew as this was a work phone. I have a new phone..I will never go anywhere else. Wish I could give ten stars!!Thanks so much guys

Paul and Breanna were amazing! They answered all my questions and guided me through the process of moving to a smart phone. I came in intimidated and left excited. They guided me through the options and hooked me up with what was a best phone and plan to fit my needs. They were super friendly, made me feel welcomed and valued and took their time setting up my new phone and showing me how to use it. The staff showed great knowledge explaining the different technologies. I would highly recommend reaching out Paul and Breanna for any mobile services you need. Upgraded my phone with Jessica. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. She also multi-tasked and helped me and another customer at the same time. Process was easy and fast, less than 15 mintues to buy, set up and move over the important stuff to the new phone.

I brought in my newly purchased phone to have them put a sim in it. After about 20 minutes of the employee asking me the same questions over and over he could not figure it out. Then his manager said it was not possible to use this phone with Verizon. I knew this was not true. I took it to the real Verizon store in Dublin and they completed the process for free in less than 10 minutes.Dont go here-go to Dublin Verizon-where the staff are competent and know what they are talking about.
