I've often thought of writing a review as repeatedly Cloud Next return exceptional customer service. I changed over from a larger more well known provider and discovered a significant saving and considerably better service. Understated and probably under used and under priced. Why not test drive a few of their services and see for yourself.

Hosted a number of sites and servers with Cloudnext over the past 5 or 6 years, this year I find my annual renewal of a domain and hosting almost doubled due to all hosting now having 'free' SSL, most of my sites arent ecommerce so don't require SSL, so essentially I am contributing to the costs of other sites SSL, I will be moving all my sites and servers to another provider after being told that I have no consumer rights to a 14 day cooking off period just 2 days after being billed.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Be warned, although cheap, there are things to be wary of... No fail over provision, so if your site goes down, that's it. The last power failure they had put our business site out of action for over four days. They also have no service level agreement, so don't expect any compensation when it happens. Not really acceptable.

I have been with Cloud Next for a few months now. The transfer from my previous host went really smoothly. We had a couple of hick ups but the support I received was fantastic, and the issues were sorted straight away. Great service.
