Everything about our wedding was perfect! I don’t know what we would’ve done without their help! The coordinator was so helpful and kind, and the DJ was amazing! Very reasonably priced too. So glad we used Complete Weddings + Events!

Our wedding was in June 2019 and we used Complete Wedding+Events for our DJ and photo booth. Our DJ, Dex, did a good job. He played all of the songs that we requested, was professional and timely, and accommodated us with the projector setup.Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the photo booth operation. In short, the photo booth started about 2 hours late, the photo printer didn't work, our guests did not get email copies of their pictures, and the camera was placed too close so people's heads werecut off in group photos. We were given a USB drive containing about 42 photos after the event but only about 50% looked decent (without heads cut off). We contacted Complete the next week to complain and the operations manager Steven Perry called us to apologize and offered $150 refund for the $595 amount we paid for the photo booth.Eventually we were able to get him to increase our refund to $250 and they sent us printed copies of the 42 photos. We appreciated that the company was willing to compensate us but it is not possible to make up for the lost experience and enjoyment that our guests could have had. We would have been willing to pay more for photo booth service if it meant getting reliable photo booth equipment/operator and higher qualitypictures.In summary, we would recommend DJ Dex for the music but not photo booth service from Complete Weddings and Events.
