I drove from Belmont to this computer repair shop because of a friends recommendation. I am thrilled to say this will be my go-to computer store from now on. My repair only took a day to complete. He replaced my keyboard, cleaned my system for optimum speed and provided great information on how to care for my computer for the longest life. He called me twice. once for his suggested repair and cost and the second for the pickup. I will definitely make the trip again for ALL my computer needs. He even provided me with free help on how to save money on future purchases when he could of made more money. He treats his customers like family. I cannot praise a business any higher than Computer Care One. Thank You Very Much!!!

He told me that my tablet would be safe and I could come and let him know what I decided. ,, and I went to pick up and he told us that he did not have it after looking for 20 mins,, and he said he just recycled it.. it had my SD card with all my kids pics and pics of my father who passed away. I told him that he didn't say sorry,,, he disposed of my property, without letting me know ,.,, I will be filling a claim

We first used Patrick of Computer Care One LLC in 2011. While my husband was having surgery in Asheville, our computer had crashed. When he came home he needed to Skype relatives in England to let them know he was OK. I called several places who advised me to bring it in. Patrick understood our lack of computer knowledge and panic, so he came to the house and completed the repairs in time for the awaited Skype call. Since that day we haven't even considered using anyone else. He is honest and ethical and stands behind his work. Emails to him are answered around the clock and his work is completed quickly and priced right. If you are looking for excellent repairs and service at a good price....stop right here, you found your man!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed my computer in a timely manner, at a great price. Definitely recommend him. I had it at another computer repair place twice and they could not find the problem. He said he had never seen this problem before but he found it and found a great solution.

Pat did a great job. My computer wouldn't turn on at all. I had a multitude of documents I was worried I would lose. He was able to get my computer running again and save all my information. Most places you go they say we will have to wipe the computer to fix it, but he was able to do it without me losing all my information. They don't have enough stars for me to rate my thanks to him.
