I bought a laptop in June from Best Buy and it would not boot a few months later. I was told to buy a $199 service contract from the Geek Squad because they said windows needed to be reloaded and that was not covered by the warranty. Long story short BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD and their $199 service contract is garbage. Three different "Geeks" called me and told me it had 3 totally different problems, then I received an email that said it was ready to be picked up thinking it was fixed. It was not. I was done with them, warranty or not, they were wasting my time and showing their incompetence. So I took my laptop to the gentleman at Computer Depot, they found 2 hardware problems and fixed my laptop. It has been about 2 weeks now and it is working great.

has changed alot the young man that was ther by himself was short and abrupt, was looking for a charger he told me to go to a place in st. Peter's. wish doug was still there.

I have a chrome book that had a defect with a dislodged mouse connection this morning. I kinda panicked and worried of the outcome. I taken it in to computer depot and they were able to recover swiftly and effectively. Customer service is superb. I highly recommend for all computer needs.

Highly recommend!! These people (Thomas) go above and beyond to solve your computer issues. I appreciate the patience shown me, as a "non-techie". My computer issues were serious and would caused serious headaches for the future of my business, but they performed miracles and I'm back on track. Can't thank them enough! P.S.....People...back up your data!!!

Amazing service! Reasonable pricing. I took my computer in for service,it was fried from the lightning.I had a new computer the next day. Joseph came to my home to get it set up and running. Highly recommend!
