I took my laptop in because the screen was doing weird things (it was like a light show!). They could have repaired it but advised me that as old as it was, I would be better off buying a new laptop, given the cost of the repair. I appreciated his honest advice that saved me money.

They seemed nice, but they are rip off artists for sure, charged me for windows 7 ultimate several years back, then my conputer kept saying thus is not a genuine copy and they gave me no disk or product key after charging me over a 100. Bucks for it and when i called to get product key, they said id have to pay them to fix it!!! Screw these a holes!!

Started out as a great experience. They were nice and great to work with. Then I started having issues with my first computer. Took it back and they fixed it and Things were still great above and beyond. I noticed the computer didn’t have a built in Camara like the one I traded in and they swapped me out for a smaller one that did. But Then things send sour. I’m on my second computer and it still doesn’t work right. They lost all my pictures and documents that I can never get back and claim it was due to viruses. 250 dollars down the drain, and now they are not going to do any more repairs because they have “done things for me that they don’t normally do”. While they may be polite and nice once they help a few times and loose all your stuff they will disappear. I was warned about them when I first went but give them a try anyway. Will never return and do not recommend. Found out I could have bought a new desktop and used my tv for a monitor for a few dollar more than i paid them for my not guaranteed used computer. Very disappointed

There are very irresponsible and greedy people that only sees oneself's ignorance as source of constant profit. About a week and half ago I went to COMPUTERMART (Hutchinson,KS) because my PS4 didn't turn on. Then, in a couple of hours they had "fixed" it and I checked it in their store. Then I played it for a couple of hours the next day (the only time I played it before I tried yesterday night).Today, I went to ask the technician to recheck it because it showed the same problem. She wanted to charge me again and I reminded them that they guaranteed the job for two weeks (written in the receipt). Then, she questioned me and said that she didn't trust me because I could do something with my PS4, I tried to reason with her and told her that for me it wasn't funny to go one and more times again to the same store for exactly the same problem. Well, she got annoyed and told me that if I wanted them to check the PS4 again she have to charge me and I frowned. She then simulated to take my console to tell me to go away and thay she doesn't want me again in the store. I told her not to worry, I won't go back.It goes to my nerves how some people are greedy, doesn't want to compromise to their own words, want to exploit people's ignorance, and doesn't know what "ethics" mean.Btw, I discovered what she did and I did it myself, very easy. Just look and compare tutorials an Google and YT.

Took my monitor in to check if it worked or not, was told it did. Finally made time to try it out on the weekend and it didn't.
