Don't trust them. Nothing they say is true. They stole our money and wouldn't refund it Same as everyone else who tried them.Probably why they changed there name from Prosperworks. Only one prospered was them.

I can't rave enough about Copper CRM. This is hands-down the absolute best, most affordable, easiest to setup customer relationship management tool I've ever used. This is coming from someone who has used multiple CRMs before. Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, and more. I've been upset with all of them before. Finally, a business connection of mine told me to stop dealing with CRM headaches and call Copper. So, I did. From the start, to this day 6 months later, I've had full support from the team at Copper, no matter what questions I have. It's incredible. David Hernandez was who I first spoke to - and he's continued to be instrumental to helping my team and I setup Copper to best grow my business. Thank you so much to the team at Copper - it's such a relief to finally have a CRM that integrates seamlessly with Gmail and more!

Good luck trying to get your subscription cancelled. They will continue charging your card even after you submit cancellation request, which you have to do when you want to cancel their subscription, as there is no way to do it yourself and there is no phone number to call . I had to go though my bank to get charges reversed. Stay away from Prosperworks. Very unethical company.

Joke of a company. Good luck getting an email response or call for SERVICE request, of course if you want sales you will get right through, my recommendation for anyone trying to get some kind of support is to hit option 2 for sales, somebody unless will likely pickup but atleast its a real voice. LAUGHABLE! They send me an email every week to leave a review, after twice asking to be taken off email list I continue to get the spam emails, I even replied and said if you send me one more email I am going to write a review everywhere I can find.

Heard great things about prosperworks! Tried to sign up for the free trial and it gives error message. Tried to contact prosperworks and sent me an email that said I have to sign in to send them a message. Looking for a crm for my business not sure if I will use them if I’m already having problems. There customer support takes 4 a 16 hours to get back to you on simple questions. Any suggestions for a crm that has better support?

Ive got to hand it to the prosper works team, they have got it right. We signed up in Australia and after some initial teething problems - which they sorted out pretty quickly, we were up and running. We love how well it works with Google Apps and in the 6 weeks we have been using it - it has made us the annual fee back at least 3 times.It simplifies the contact we have with our prospective clients and we are spending less time wondering and more time prospecting effectively.The tie in with Goolge Apps makes it so easy to use. Our thanks to Munjal for assisting us - much appreciated your contact and follow up.

I have been using CRM Systems for the better part of 30 years. Overall, they are getting better and better. Many are overkill. Many are under kill. For my needs Prosper works has been just right. It has the ability to scale from my startup needs through growth stages. Pricing is reasonable per seat and the flexibility when combined with Zapier fits my needs. When I have had a question, support has been quick to answer and has provided good answers.

Nice UI and flexible sales pipelines configuration. I like that I can quickly switch between different pipelines. Very good integration with Gmail, better than other CRM's I've tried. You can see your opportunities in a sidebar right from Gmail. Handles contacts well and good at importing new contacts with their info mined from social media.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. While their system works well (as others in the market do too) they do a horrible job fixing any issue you may experience (believe me, you will have some). They've over-billed me two times and so far don't want to answer my emails to fix it. Typical startup situation... so focused on their product and sales but you will be left in the hands of a junior and inexperienced account rep who will be completely mindless about your full customer experience. CEO need to wake up!

I am now using them for both my wedding companies! It integrates seamlessly with google apps and email and is a more than 1/4 the price of other CMS systems where you have to spend endless hours setting them up. Prosperworks is easy to setup and you can be using it in a day and not weeks to a month. Thank you! You have taken this small business owner to a whole new level!
