Steve and his assistant performed the installation quickly and the camera location was perfect!! It didn’t need any adjustments. They do quality work and come highly recommended!!👍John arrived and installed the new Kwikset lock in no time at all. I was able to access the new lock from my smartphone. He also checked my Ring door bell to verify it was getting the proper voltage and working. I highly recommend Counterstrike for their products and service!!

I needed help with an update on an existing security system. They were not able to come the day i called and needed but gave me their next available date. Which was appreciated but I needed same or next day service. So rather than just leave me with the date they were coming they referred me to someone who could possibly help me sooner knowing my situation, While still keeping my appt in case that fell through.Thats customer service. Without that you have no business. Well done guys and thanks

Scheduled someone to come down and survey a property where we wanted to add security. Drove 30 miles to said property on the morning of the appointment and no one showed up. No phone call, no follow up. Nothing. We will be looking at other options.
