When have a question or anything wrong with my phone the problem is always taken care of right away. Good friendly workers.

Horrible customer service. Spend the extra time and drive to the store in the Hanover Mall. My wife went in with her phone for help with a defective SIM card issue. She was told point blank by the employee that there was nothing she could do, my wife just needed to buy a new phone or call customer service herself. When my wife told the employee she couldn't make calls on her phone due to the defective SIM card the employee tried to hand her the store phone and said "here, you can use this if you want" and went back to helping someone else. I've already reported them to Boost Mobile Customer Service, they will NEVER receive my or my family's business ever again.P.S. all we had to do was swap in and activate a new SIM card for my wife's phone which the staff at the Hanover Mall store gladly took care of for us. No new phone needed to be purchased!!

Went to Gettysburg boost mobile and spoke to Jenn her customer service was awful...she was working on my issue since wed of this past week with no results and it is now Sat..... was trying to get the internet and and she lied and said that they she called dealer support and obviously she did NOT to fix my issue ... she was also on her phone the whole time speaking Spanish to someone while trying to deal with me and when someone came in that spoke Spanish she would act as if I wasn’t there at all ..... then she told me multiple times she would call me back and didn’t .... then her idea was to use someone else’s address in the system for me to get the internet which wouldn’t work not to mention totally illegal .... I ended up having to go to a totally different store and they called dealer support

The staff at the Boost Mobile on Springs Ave. Gettysburg Pa. are not to be trusted as they are shysters.In November 2018 they knowingly sold my wife a defective ZTE MAX XL Android phone and laughed about it when we took it back 2 weeks later and not only won't they replace it Boost Mobile won't either and their phone insurance Gadget Guardian wants to charge us a $20 deductable to send us the exact defective phone as a replacement which we spent $180 plus tax and activation fees and $7 insurance per month and $82 per month for service on a piece of junk from a bankrupted phone manufacturer.Don't buy anything from this store and the Boost Mobile store on Baltimore Street in South Hanover PA. as it is also under the same ownership.My wife and I are dumping Boost Mobile and going to another carrier !!!!
