I've had a laptop for over a year that needed repair. Wasn't sure what wrong with it. I had it for under 2 years but barely used. Went to have it look at somewher else but it would have $ 99 just for the diagnostics and not including repairs. Found this place online scheduled an appointment. He look ed to see what the problem was as it took some time, 20 mins or so. He checked for all of the major things and couldn't figured it out. Notice the time was off by almost 2 years. Fixed the time and all of sudden my laptop was back in action and he didn' t even charge me. I will be back tomorrow to purchase some accessories for my cell phone just because of his kind gesture. They have a client FOREVER with me. It always the small things that mean the most. GO AND CHECK THEM OUT!

I took my chromebook in for repair back in May and still have not received it or had any satisfactory response. The last call I made they stated that if I would like to bring the part in they could fix it right away. The story as I check in once a month is that they have to wait on it to come from China.Even the slowest boats do not take 4 months. Don't use these guys for laptop repair.

The guy was super cool and cleaned out my charging port and speakers free of charge and replaced my screen protector definitely the place to go if your phone is broken

The guy that was in today was very rude to me. He didn't make me feel welcome and was just pretty much like why am I here? I schedule an appointment describing what I needed fix with my ps4. He didn't even try to Look at it. He just straight up tells me he can't fix it. There could have been a decent way for him to go about it. But he was just really rude. And they shouldn't say they can fix something on the site and can't actually fix it when you take it up.

My screen cracked within 2 weeks of me having it back and they dont warranty physical damage not to mention it took 2 weeks for me to get it back..

Very displeased with service- my senior father brought his phone to CPR, because the charger on his Samsung stopped working. He got it back and the microphone was not functioning. When he got it back the second time, everything worked, but it looked awful. No attempts at making it right were received, just this is what happens to these phones. Please beware. I feel as if they took advantage of my father.

I was very happy with how quickly the tablet was repaired, and my daughter is thrilled to have her tablet back! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and the price of repair was reasonable. I would highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair.

Top notch customer service and workmanship. Previously tried going to samsung "authorized repair" center ubif, and they gave me the runaround for 2 weeks with my note 8 camera repair and didn't have a clue what parts were needed. Tony at CPR was very knowledgable and gave me an awesome price and told me it would be ordered. Yesterday, I brought it in and had no issues getting camera glass and camera repair. Couldn't ask for a better experience. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again guys!

I work long hours on weekdays. being open on weekends is a big plus.When comparing prices they are quite competitive.Some repair facilities only repair certain brands. These guys AFAIK do them all.Friendly staff explain things well when discussing repair options.Parts delivery to expedite the repair of a needed phone could be quicker but that is actually not their fault.Accessories for your phone are readily available on their show room walls. I purchased a protective cover for my spare phone while I was there getting my original phone in to repair.If or when my phone breaks again I will do business with them again. With the cost of the newest phones being on the other side of extremely ridiculous these guys are a very welcome option.I currently (at the time of this writing) do not have my phone back but I am expecting good results.
