I bring all my electronics to this store! Amazing and friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable about all electronics. They brought my water damaged Iphone 6 back to life after every other shop said it was dead! They do tend to get backed up quite often but over all the repairs are reasonably priced and timely.

We brought in our IPad screen to be replaced and within a week there was a small crack down the screen, which now has spread and gotten much worse the iPad is basically not usable anymore. $114 for nothing.

Inexperienced phone answerer offered that I could call back in 2 days when someone more experienced would be available. Took my business elsewhere.

They really lack organization and communication. Decent quality of work, but after getting my computer repaired I had to bring it back shortly after for the same issue. They also appear to be very understaffed and do not have accurate times on when your devices will be diagnosed or ready. When I inquired about repairing my device for the second time they were unable because they were behind and did not provide further assistance in scheduling.
