Hit or miss. When they can repair it, they will do so with great speed and a great price. However, I've had two occasions where I have submitted a phone to be fixed and it has sat in the back of their store for months. Each time I would go, it would be as if someone tried to fix it, couldn't, and forgot about it. No one was every familiar with the status of the device. A shame, because they otherwise deliver excellent service.

If you have an iPhone or a tablet then these guys are pretty reasonable. They do a good job with screen replacements and cracked screens on Apple products. If you have an Android phone or. Pixel beware. They had my phone for two weeks and locked it in boot mode. The customer service was very spotty with some people who were empathetic and helpful and others were aloof and unfriendly.
