Feedback:

Ordered and charged for a 100% embroidered patch and received a 77% embroidered patch. Was told that their supplier considered anything over 75% as 100%. If I would have paid Custom Accents 77% of the bill, would they accept that as 100% payment? I guess they do not want anymore of our business and I will be sure to warn anyone looking for such items to be careful.

Custom Accents doesn't care about the "little guy"..... I placed an order on a Monday with the owner of the company for a small order (8 items) for my personal small business. After about 2 days of emails, I confirmed with the owner that they would be able to ship my order in time which I needed it ( I was 2 weeks out). I had already specified my need date on my FIRST email. The owner wrote back that she had, "bigger orders" and asked if I could wait for my order. When I told her I couldn't wait, I asked if I could just order the clothing products un-embroidered and have them finished locally. She pleaded by email to see if she could get the order produced on time. By now it was early Wednesday morning, so I agreed. The next afternoon another sales person sent me an email with a final order quote, shipping costs, and a proof - all of which I approved. About 2 hours later, 5pm PST on Thusday evening, I suddenly receive an email in which the sales person states they CAN NOT fill my order suddenly and they can't ship it in time because Ground shipping takes 4- 5 days. They NEVER OFFERED to ship me any products without the embroidery NOR OFFERED to expedite my shipping ( even at my own costs). I would've likely done either. I was very upset that over 4 days later I suddenly was left hanging, now only 6 business days away from an event in which I need the logo wear. A follow up email with the owner has not been returned. Clearly, they are all about serving their "big orders" and don't care about customer service or small business. I suggest ordering your apparel from Alternative Apparel direct and using your local embroidery shop - they will actually care about you and your needs.
