Custom Earth Promos customer service was outstanding. I ordered 200 bags with my logo on it. Prior to ordering, they sent me a sample bag because I wasn't sure on size, then provided a proof of my logo. What was really nice is the staff was in constant contact with me during ordering process. No hard core sales rushing me to make a decision. I will 100% use Custom Earth Promos again.

Custom Earth Promos supported our efforts to get donated fruits and vegetables to residents of our section 8 housing complexes (for free!) by donating reusable grocery bags to us! We are so thankful and so grateful. This time of year we have a lot of corn to distribute and a robust reusable bag is just the thing we needed to hand out 6-12 ears at a time to families and adults coming to our veggie drop. They should be great when apples come in later in fall. Thank you again for your generous support of our project. It means so much to us!

WOW. That is all I can say about this company. I am so impressed with the quality of their product and the customer service. I ordered 2500 Recycled Reusable Non-Woven Bags (PP3) in multiple colors and they are the bomb. The screening is excellent (white ink on darker colored bags). I needed them quite quickly for a fair and they were able to deliver in time for me without incurring any rush charges. I deal with a lot of different vendors and Custom Earth Promos is going to the top of my list. Highly recommend them. I would give a 10 star rating if I could.

I recently contacted Earth Promos about a project I am working on. The project involves encouraging people to shift their habits of using plastics for shopping and replacing them with reusable alternatives. I simply ask them if they have tried using reusable bags along with a brief explanation of the benefits. I follow with a friendly free offer to try a reusable bag . Earth Promos was extremely generous to support me with a donation of shopping bags so I can continue my pursuit. THANK YOU EARTH PROMOS!!
