This UPS location is the best one. I exclusively ship my packages and returns from this Sidney baker location, even if it’s not the closest place to go in town at the time. The dude with the long hair is very helpful and always has a great attitude. Everyone else in the store is great as well. They always help me choose the least expensive option. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I won’t go anywhere else.

Gone in a couple times trying to ship some horns. And Chad Bull has been extremely rude and not helpful in any way in doing so. He picks excessively large boxes to make the price outrageous so we take them home and box them instead. He was even rude to another employee who had tried helping me before he could get to me. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate.

I use UPS for everything! They are so friendly, helpful, caring...I could go on and on. I know I bring in all my Christmas presents about the 16th of December for my family up in Wisconsin. Every year they say, "come in here sweetie, let us help you." You will never know how much I appreciate everything you do.
