My advice: Run. AWAY. One star is far too generous. Datafly has been by far the worst contractor engagement in all 23 years of my business. The company is poorly "managed" (term used loosely); the owner is arrogant, disconnected and condescending (a bad mix!) who clearly did not care about me, or my project. The staff, while certainly pleasant enough, are under-trained, unsupervised and in many ways, amateur (yielding many mistakes that I had to pay someone else to fix).This company bid low to get me to sign their one-sided contract (READ IT!!!) but then proceeded to do extra work that was not requested (the technician admitted as such on a phone call) and billed me in full for it, increasing what I was were told I'd be paying. They estimated that it would take "2 weeks" to do our website, but then over 9 weeks later it was still in the process and racking up more and more hours. The site they built was mistake-ridden, like nobody even bothered to test it. And guess what? I had to keep track and provide my own list of items to be fixed and completed---they refused---and because they bill by the hour, I had to pay for their time to fix THEIR mistakes. Insane. I was so aggravated.I complained repeatedly about the incoherent way they approach tasks, and the time I was required to waste in multiple phone call "meetings" where nobody takes notes and nothing actually gets done. But it doesn't matter---read the contract---they can do whatever the hell they want, and bill by the hour, and if you don't like it and pay in full, go to arbitration. They offered to "make good," and "make it right" while on phone calls, but when it came to the bill, they forgot they said that and "offered" for me to pay their FULL rate while they fixed their own errors. When I fired them, they said they'd send me all the files once we paid in full. We paid in full (under duress) but surprise, they never sent the files. I am so done dealing with them. Datafly never got the memo about pleasing the customer. Once I signed the contract I was the enemy to do battle with throughout the entire process. I have never come across such an awful, awful, awful company and can never recommend them to anyone. OMG run away from these people.
