There have been big changes last year a awesome play ground and picnic area so wonderfully for family this year it is unbelievable how nice we look with the roads black topped as well as some drive ways. We are now a gated community. Lovely brick work with new lights. The owners, office staff and maintenance are all terrific people.. we have rented from them since 2008 and everyone of them have gone above and beyond what is required. I think of them as friends and family. The people are friendly and quiet and care so much if you miss walking the dog as usual the would keep a eye out for you some will even check on you. All they ask is to follow some simple good neighborly rules. Keep you lot cut and looking nice. Drive slowly watch for kids.don't be loud with you music. Seniors this is great for retired folks. For the youth the bus picks everyone up and brings them home. I can't find anything to complain about. A happy friendly place to live come join us.. the Showah's

I came across this Trailer Park and was very overwhelmed nice job you all and everyone it is very nice and neighborly ❤️

We arrived early in the evening after a long day of driving to avoid a powerful line of thunderstorms. The office was closed but we were able to contact the manager and owner by phone. The RV park was full but we were graciously given the option to stay in the adjoining parking lot. The owner met us in the parking lot and made sure we had everything we needed to dry camp, including a free bag of ice which came from his personal office's ice-maker. We highly recommend this park for its cleanliness, hospitality and wonderful southern charm. Thank you for your kindness!
