I ordered a “just because” arrangement for my mom. She called me to confirm and went over details with me, she went the extra mile to send me pictures of my vase and arrangement to make sure it was what I wanted due to them being different colors because of the seasons. She was patient and kind and very sweet! Will defiantly be ordering from her again. -Shelsee

My husband and I currently live in Virginia and wanted to send flowers to our realtor in Greenwood. I found this florist online and was extremely happy with my choice. Rose called me to let me know some of the flowers in my selection were not available that day and offered comparable ones. I asked if she would mind texting me a picture of them before delivery. They were exactly what I hoped they would be! Thank you for such a wonderful transaction, Rose! We will be a returning customer.

It is not the stores fault that the partnership online connection in which was suspended took your request when it was suppose to off line for 2days ... I was there when the service stated that wed. 430 pm the online would be suspended till 9am Fri . The 15th ... U placed ur request at a time in which the system was down is why your response to deny your request was given back at such a short notice ...Mrs rose is wonderful designer and has a substantial business and has built a clientail over 29 years of service so this untimely unfortunate incident is beyond the control of the actual shop for it is bloomnations partner ship at fault for not not following the request of the business n closing the online services for the valentine holiday ...this place is still the best one in the county of greenwood and I will and have always recommended it to everyone .....
