This was an out of town order. The florist called to say that they could not effect delivery because the location was out of their delivery area, that they would do it but wouldn't be able to get the arrangement there at the time requested because of three major events they were working on but then she said there was a closer florist than her to the address. Normally, this would have been enough. But then, she offered to call and find the town and the location of the funeral service and call me back. She did all this, despite being crazy busy. How exceptionally kind!
