This florist is incredible!! He did my best friend's wedding and everything was amazing. He worked with her budget to create just the most stunning pieces for her - our bouquets were ridiculous and the arrangements he created for the arch and for the hanging floral globes were just gorgeous. I cannot say enough good things about this place - when dropping off the flowers for wedding on the day of, he even stayed and waited for the bride's approval to make sure there were no last minute changes needed. So professional, and the arrangements were jaw-dropping.

Amazing customer service! They have been my go to floral shop for years. Every season is a fresh and delightful scene from the shop window to the back entryway. All of the textures and colors are intricately and intellectually arranged.

If I could add more stars to rate this business, I would definitely do so! What a superbly positive experience! I am from Tennessee and needed to get a flower arrangement as quickly as possible to the home of a sweet, longtime friend who is critically ill and not expected to pull through. This was one of the most difficult calls I'd ever made, and as I struggled with my emotions, the lady on the phone kindly waited until I was able to pull myself together again. She was so helpful and extremely attentive to every desire and detail. It was too late in the afternoon for them to commit to a delivery today, and due to the -50° windchill in the forecast for tomorrow, it would be a couple of days before the truck would be able to deliver them. Though I completely understood, my heart sank. I was in a race against time, but there wasn't any way to change the circumstances in which we all found ourselves...or was there? Just a few minutes ago, shortly before 6:00 p.m., my friend's husband called, saying that the beautiful flowers had been safely delivered, and my friend was awake to see them! This may be the last thing I am able to do for her from so far away, and it's because of these amazing folks at Vogt's that this even became possible. They have earned my deepest gratitude, respect, and business for a lifetime. Thank you so much and God bless you!!!

We went to this shop because they've done work for us in the past and it's always been amazing...this time however, that was not the case. We needed flowers for my aunt's funeral and knew we could go to Vogts and not be disappointed...only we we're more than disappointed. These are flowers we can never redo. We asked for a live plant with flowers in it, so that when the flowers die they would still have the plant. We told him her favorite colors...coral and purple and were told that if they couldn't find coral flowers they would use a coral ribbon. The arrangement we received was a small plant with 2 fuschia carnations and 3 springs of a dried up purple flower stuck randomly in the plant. The ribbon was a baby pink colored ribbon that was flopped over the front of the plant. All of this for the very reasonable price of $90.00!!! Seriously, I've never been so disappointed.

I'm in Salt Lake and needed a gift basket delivered that day to someone coming home from the hospital. I called Vogt's about 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and spoke with Doug.He went over the different products they have available and gave suggestions for what could be included in the gift basket. Not once did I feel like he was in a hurry to get off the phone so he could close up. Not only did he put in the extra time to go over everything with me and stay late to put the basket together, he said he could swing by the address on his way home to hand deliver the basket himself. Doug is the very epitome of what the dying art of customer service should be. THANK YOU!!!!
