Everyone, from the receptionist to the Nurse PA Caldwell, went above and beyond to help me. Nurse PA Caldwell offered to print out from the internet special exercises for my complaint. She gave me alternatives to a full colonoscopy and helped me apply for it. She was very thorough and professional and listened to me. I also received a follow-up call from the medical staff concerning the results of an x-ray I had, at the behest of Nurse PA Caldwell.One small issue was your referral paper and maps for STRIC for the x-ray were very out of date. This caused me to arrive at one address which had closed down and another one that did not do xrays anymore. I had to find 3 locations in a confusing medical center area before I found a place to do the X-ray.
