I have mixed feelings on them. I had them do custom graphics on a new sled and they were prompt and did an excellent job. I was happy enough that I next had them do the same for my youngest sons sled and once again it looked amazing. Very happy with my results, I then asked to have my older son's sled done. The difference between the first two and this one was the first two he was able to use existing images and with the last one he was going to custom design the graphics. What a nightmare this turned out to be. Weeks went by with no response to my calls or emails or just "still working on it", then more than a month after that, I finally stopped in one day unannounced, and he brought up a file with a few images he had downloaded off the internet and said he was still working on it. After several more months of not returning my emails, I finally gave up on the whole project and my son ended up with no graphics on his sled. My feelings are if you're doing something fairly straight forward or that has available graphics to use, you will be happy. If you need anything custom, I would go somewhere else as they don't seem to have anyone with true artistic ability working there.Note, price was never a limitation, so they didn't blow it off because it was going to be a loss for them. I just don't think they had the talent to do it.

I was disappoonted with the lack of communication and level of customer service I received from Digital Ink. I contacted them in regards to wrapping a prosthetic device for my 6 month old daughter 2 weeks prior to getting the device. I was told they have wrapped one other in the past and was happy with my quote of $75. I dropped the device off for a template to be made and received a proof about a week later for decals. I let them know that I was looking for a wrap but they informed me they were not able to do that. I decided to proceed with decals anyways even though it was not what I requested. 10 days later I have not had a response to my email and they have not answered calls. We are 6 weeks into this now and I am starting over with the process elsewhere. I would have appreciated a timely response and honest answers if my order could not be fulfilled.
