This was my go-to post office when we lived in Saint Anne’s Hill. Although it has a tiny parking lot, I never saw it completely full or had any problems. And the longest line I ever saw inside was probably three people at most. The drive through mailbox was also very useful. Nice little location.

The customer service is very rude. The little short white haired lady with glasses makes the experience for the customers a bad one each time I come in. I ship a lot at this one because it's close to my business and i pay for the shipping labels and put them on my packages to save time. All I ask is for them to scan them before I leave they won't do that because they say it takes to much time. I am afraid to leave them because if they aren't scanned and they get lost guess what they didn't exist then right?? Today being June 2nd 1:40 about 20 minutes to closing I came in and while their was a line of people I asked her where would she like me to carry these in and place them and she said on the far left counter. I put 17 packages on the counter and the look she gave me was so evil. Then she said in front of about 10 customers standing in line that next time not to bring that many packages in like that when it's that close to closing. I looked at her and kindly said to her ma'am every single time I see you in here you have something to complain about. This is your job be thankful and happy you have a job. She said that I shouldn't be so rude in bringing that many in before close. Hello I thought you were a Post Office where we could bring our mail??? I paid for the shipping that's what the service is for. If you hate your job that much quit and find another job. That is what you get paid for to help people with their mail. This lady is horrible with customer service and needs to be put in the mail room away from customers. I just hope that my packages don't get lost or thrown out now because they weren't scanned. Hope you all have a better experience than I do everytime I go there.I must add that the manger of the place is very helpful and willing to assist customers anyway he can, it's just his staff that makes it very unpleasant.

Important tax forms are being returned by this post office as undeliverable. I get tons of junk mail, credit card applications and my utility bills, but somehow, the most important mail that I really need is being returned. Then, when i try to call them, after being asked to give them feedback, i need to navigate through a hopelessly long menu, 0 for operator doesn't work, when i finally get there, it says 2 hour wait time expected.

Every time I go inside the staff is always super fast, friendly and they are knowledgeable on all the questions I have had.

Handicapped parking is not very close to the door. Hard to find openers for automatic doors. Staff could be friendlier. I usually use the drive up mail drop, that is very convenient.
