Lou was awesome... he took in my PC after hours and gave me a quote right away... he was sympathetic to my problem as I needed my PC the next day to turn in some work for school. He maintained communication with the throughout the whole time he had my computer keeping me updated on the status of my computer. He was able to get my PC back to running like new!! Thank you!
