They really know their computers, reasonable labor rates and up-front about what they're doing! When I got a quote for fixing my phone camera and it was half what I had payed in the first place, he even encouraged me to try doing it myself and showed me the breakdown guide for my phone. Phones aren't their main thing, but that just shows the type of service they give.

The service reps don't make you feel ignorant when you don't know the computer lingo... HOWEVER, even after leaving my job at one of Facet's clients, Facet knowingly allowed reps to access my personal g-mail account from my former work PC. Not ethical...

The recycled my computer without giving me a chance to get well enough to get in there to get it I kept in touch with them every chance I could so they new I was still wanting it back I still had a warranty on it that I could have sent it back in and got a new one but they recycled it anyway without letting me no not cool.

I've done business with them for a long time they do a great job! They've built 2 PC's for me and those PC's lasted a long time! A lot longer than the normal life span of a PC They've always been helpful and courteous ANYTIME I had a question or problem, I highly recommend them!
