It's a clean, pleasant 55+ mobile home park with a heated pool and showers. However, the maintenance management their is careless as hell, and Patrick the manager is a cheap skate who will charge u more than any of that place is worth!

I truly wish I was 55 This Place is so clean and kept looking fresh and comfortable. The on sight manager is honest and his maintainance crew is the best.I love this place and three more years I will be 55.
