I was really excited to get to send our one year old daughter to Faithful Heart because they were faith based and they accepted her last minute when our nanny took another job. There were some odd moments over the summer as we got ready to start up when the main staff woman couldn’t remember who we we were a few times, but we didn’t think much of it. And then we took her in for her first day and they told us to leave because they didn’t have enough staff and DCFS was coming to check on them. So my husband had to take two days off of work last minute. She was able to start the next week, and on the third day we got a call that she was crying too hard and we needed to come get her. I was in the hospital having just delivered our new baby boy. My mom went to pick her up, said our daughter was not crying, but still took her for the rest of the day because they did not want her back. I called and they said she was “not fit for daycare” and told me I was selfish for not giving her the one on one attention she needs and told me she was no longer allowed to come back. This was all communicated to me the day after my son was born and it totally blindsided us. Her reviews they sent home the previous two days were great and they said the only problem was that she wasn’t sleeping on the cots. I pushed for a better reason for why we couldn’t return and they assured us it was only that she was not sleeping. Well thankfully my husband and I are from Morton and had plenty of family to help with the kids while we got on Rogys waitlist. She’s now been at Rogys for a month and they seem to like her. She even learned how to sleep on the cot after the first week! The Rogys staff were shocked to hear of a kid getting kicked out of a daycare and assured us they would do all they could to work with her. I don’t know what happened with Faithful Heart...they wouldn’t even allow us to take a cot home to work with our daughter and try to get her used to it. It was just a terrible experience.

We love Faithful Heart! My daughter is two and adores her teachers. We have another little one on the way and I'm so grateful to know I will be leaving my baby in great hands when I return to work! It also doesn't hurt that their rates are incredibly reasonable. :)

I am so blessed to have found Faithful Heart Child Care for my son. The facility is clean and always has enough toys and activities for the children. The staff is caring and dedicated to the kids. My son loves coming everyday to see his teachers and all the friends he has made there. I feel comfortable and confident in the care of my son everyday. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My 2 year old LOVES going to 'school' everyday!! He loves his teachers and has made so many friends there! The staff is super friendly and cares for my son well. I love that he is getting a Christ-centered learning experience. He has learned SO much-colors, counting, how to share and more. His teachers are awesome at having structured activities daily and he loves showing me what he 'made' that day! I definitely recommend Faithful Heart!

The teachers here are so caring and I love seeing all the crafts my 3 year old brings home! My 4 month old is also at FHCC and I am so thankful I can drop her off and know she's in great hands! She is so happy there. The teacher in the baby room even sends me photos of her while I'm at work and that makes my day!!!

Good hearted people, clean, and well maintained. Good balance of education and learning about faith. My boy is happy and WANTS to go to preschool every day. That says a lot to me. Highly recommend.
