Horrible customer service, took a month to replace to keyboard only. On top of that, the screws in the bottom of my laptop were different and they were protruding from the laptop. Seemed like they did not even want to work on it, or on past electronics that I have brought into the shop. Raised the original price given to my mother over the phone by double. I mean really, who takes 2 hours to replace a keyboard? Only giving a 2 star because it was fixed... but positively am never returning to this shop. So unhelpful...Edit: Don’t know how to respond to the owners comment but you literally told my mother there was NO WATER DAMAGE on the Mac. So thank you veryyyyyy much but I took great care of my mac until it stopped working. And just for reference it stopped working once again, this time all the keys and the trackpad (this was about 2 weeks after it being fixed). You suggested replacing the mother board, isn’t that right? Which made no sense because it was the keyboard that was the problem. Oh and by the way, you said that the parts were a BUNDLE deal and gave her the price then. You already gave her the work hour price beforehand. So if you have any doubt that it would take longer, then maybe you should have said ESTIMATE. Thank you very much! xoxoxoxo

Excellent service! I walked in at 11:45am and he had the screen replaced on my iPhone 6 before 1:30pm. It looks brand new and works flawlessly!

No way the positive reviews are real. This guy has no integrity, no PC knowledge, take no responsibility. Over charge but can not solve any problem.
