Client Review on Fastech Solutions


I was hired to overhaul the IT infrastructure of a non-profit while FastTech was handling basic support duties etc. Instead of being able to do architecture work, I was met with a non-stop barrage of complaints from end-users about their poor service and support while having to go to various sites to fix persistent printing issues that they repeatedly failed to fix which were ultimately caused consistently by printers having IP's in a DHCP scope. On top of this, they were recommending solutions that were the most profitable for them instead of being what's best for their clientele such as moving from gmail to Office 365 for no god damn reason at all. They are very nice, but most people are when their competence objectively comes into question, especially when they aren't competent enough to deploy or support printers.
