Great product offered. I particular love the Duratec Grey High Build Primer. Amazing product, rock solid and 4 hours to sand. Had issues with other high-build products failing, due to de-lamination, this one no problems in 5 years. Fast service and great Customer Service. What more could you ask for. Only complaint I get email notices of a flash sale a day or two after I've ordered :( makes me sad, lol

I have yet to use any of the products I’ve ordered as I haven’t received them yet. I’m only rating the customer service. I’d like to start off by saying, their tech department was very informative on the products I was inquiring on which is one of the reasons I purchased from them. I’m a “DIY” customer and am restoring my sterling flats boat. I ordered some gel coat and duratech hi gloss from Fibre Glast. Before placing my order I inquired on a 20% off entire order coupon that I had received in my email. I was informed that was a one day special and that it could no longer be applied as it was outside the useable dates. I was informed that I could sign up for their email list and receive a 10% off coupon which I did and was granted. I placed my order this past thurs 5/30/2019 and it was shipped the next day. I received another email today 6/3/2019 offering the same 20% coupon. I contacted Fibre Glast and spoke with Michelle. She informed me that she was unable to give me the additional 10% off in the form of a refund or store credit as I was planning on purchasing more products from them. She informed me that “unfortunately” they don’t know when the coupons will be coming out. I understand and except that. What I don’t except is the fact that she made ZERO effort to remedy this situation in any form. I informed Michelle that I would be sharing this on all social media aspects that I am part of including google. I also informed her that luckily my credit card offers a price match protection within a 30 day purchase date and that I would be filing a claim with my credit card company. I’m also unable to return the product as it’s colored gel coat and they have a no return policy for that product. I could understand their stance on this if it had been weeks between my order and the sale but it was literally one business day. Clearly this company does not care for returning customers.

Horrible experience , miss leading information, pathetic customer service Rude Owner, don't know how to talk to the customers, and to top it off outrages shipping charges. Pls do your research before you buy from this company. Shop some where else.
