Horrible experience. They never return emails. Way over priced too. They tried to charge me for a design element that I got for free with another company. They also expect 90% payment up front before the website is even developed. I had my attorney review their contract and he said multiple items are sketchy and to have them rewrite the contract with his recommended changes. When I sent them what my attorney recommended, they never got back to me. That tells me one thing...they are out to take your money. Look else where...sketchy company.

Anymore a web design company needs to be an SEO company. This firm does some of the best SEO we've ever used in my work. Within a month your ranking within your goal. Their customer service is one of the best and they're not high priced, rip you off firms like the others in town. Their CEO Tony is awesome, he will call you to make sure things are going well no matter how small you are.

I am an E-Comerce manager and at a fashion brand and we recently worked directly with Magento to find a certified partner for the design and implementation of a new Magento 2 Commerce Store. Firetoss has an excellent design and strategy team that was able to work with us and meet our timeframes. The price was a little higher (15%) than we had budgeted originally but going with Firetoss was the right decision. We will continue to work with Firetoss through our marketing and growth of our new store.
