Great people at all levels of the company! We have used First Column as our IT Company for years. Recently, First Column helped us throughout our laboratory expansion/renovation project. I worked side by side with most of the technicians to install a new LIS. They are knowledgeable, accommodating and always available. I appreciate their rapid response, excellent technical support and helpful recommendations for any new product our lab needed.It was a challenge for us to coordinate all phases of the project (cabling, wiring, network upgrade and hardware installation) while having a lab construction and fully operating as a business, but First Column made it easy and seamless. They went above and beyond to offer the most efficient and affordable solution to any issue we’ve encountered. I would highly recommend First Column for your IT needs.

Our family owned and operated business has been using the professional IT services provided by First Column IT located in Manassas for the past 7 years.Before I had found First Column IT, my company had major IT issues with other IT providers. My server would go down and stay down, which is threatening to the life of a company. First Column IT fixed all my issues and provided me with a timeline, showing step by step how they would rectify all the problems, and they did!The response time to any issue is critical and First Column IT delivers. First Column is First Rate!They provide excellent service at reasonable rates.First Column was able to transform our antiquated and unreliable network systems into a streamlined and well maintained system backed up regularly. The customer service is excellent. First Column makes us feel like we our their First Customer. We like the responsiveness if we ever experience a problem with our network. If needed, they have a representative onsite within two hours, however, they take care of most network problems remotely.
