I gave this company my vizio tv about 2 months ago at first they fixed it but still a blue line in my tv. So I brought it back they tried for like 5 weeks no call no nothing from this company than they finally called call me and told me tv can’t be fix. They gave me my money back but also left my tv worst than when I give it to there company. At least when I brought it to them had had power with a black screen, but now my tv has no power and they gave me the wrong remote back. I talk to an employee named Abraham he had no explanation they dropped the ball on this I would not recommend this company for no TV fixed I can’t say nothing about their phones because I never got my phone fixed by them but as far as the TV go straight disappointment and I don’t care if they give me my money back but the problem is now my TV is totally gone at least I had power with a blank screen now I have nothing thanks a lot Fix Stop
