An owner that cares only about his pocket book and not one thing about the tenants who rent from him. It does not matter how nice you keep your lot, your home or how helpful you are with your neighbors. He picks and chooses who is allowed to go through a bad patch in their life. If he knows he can make a decent profit on your home, your out and he does not lose one nights sleep over it. Your neighbors can be behind on lot rent just as you are, but if he is going to make a quick $12,000.00 by kicking you out your gone. Only feel bad for him because people like Mike Flummerfelt will have karma or God himself to answer to for his sneaky and selfish ways. TRUTH!!!
