The product quality is excellent (always proud to send out the products to our customers) and the customer service is top notch. I have been working with FlyWheel (formerly Graphic Solutions) for many years now. I have had a couple different people (Bart previously, and currently Serena) handle my account over the years, and both have been outstanding. We have many different products as well as R&D that we sometimes need printing of all sorts done for. No matter the task they always come through with quality work. More importantly than that though, their customer service is second to none. I've put them through it all, from impossible deadlines, to last minute design changes, to reprints and expedited shipping, to EXACT color matching requests, and they've done it all. And done it all with a smile and a kind voice. I value quality products (which they have) but I value customer relations more, and will seek out a good business relationship, and stay loyal to that, over anything else. I am proud to say they've been my go-to print supplier for the better part of 6 years. Even when I am in San Diego and they are in Hixon, I'd much rather deal with them then a local shop, because I know I will always get quality, and they will always treat me right, and get it right no matter what.
