Very expensive for what you get. Roads are in horrible shape. Sometimes trash won't come for a few weeks. Management is not friendly or helpful. I could not recommend this park

Worst kept mobile home park in western North Carolina. The water is constantly off. The residents just went 5 days without water. The sewers are backing up into people's showers in their homes. Management nor the owner can never be contacted.

This property has breath taking views, minutes from downtown Asheville. Forrest Hills is affordable housing and I like not spending all my money on a place to live. The management are easy going.

Terrible everything Bout it was terrible because one of your employees called me.back this morning and had a very negative attitude problem I'm most surprised by the lack of professionalism of this company wow just wow your employee was such a unprofessional rude person I will not have any interactions with you or your horrible company if this is how your staff is going to treat people it should not matter if I call you at a latebhour some people work late and it is the only time that we can call and if it is that my h of an issue for your or your staff to handle one phone call then you shouldn't be in business because clearly your to stupid

Have been asking management to fix driveway for 2 years. Big rock in driveway and dirt washing away. Afraid to drive in because scraping bottom of car(Driveway is downhill). At bottom of driveway, very muddy and holes. Nobody wants to come in, afraid they will get stuck!
