Been a customer since the Carrollton days of yorn (which still curdles my cucumbers that you all moved all the way to v.r lol). Always can find the hard to find games, from retro, to new, to never opened collector games. Have retro controllers, connectors, game related collectibles, even an arcade game or two to play ;) Staff have always been great and knowledgable. Now, open up a store in Bremen and Gamers becomes epic beyond measure =P

Horrible customer service. The girl behind the counter mumbled a greeting (I think) when I came in. No one asked me if I were looking for anything in particular or needed help. When I checked out, same said girl acted like I was putting her out for helping me complete my purchase. I'm sorry I took you away from your Hobbit fan fiction to do your job.The prices are high and selection is limited. Don't give them your money.

I love gamers. Being an older gamer in my 30s I appreciate a brick and mortar store being open. Especially with older titles. The staff is friendly and it can take you back looking at some of the titles.
