I haven't even seen this complex yet. I just called to set up a tour and the receptionist was rude, extremely bored with the conversation, and just disgustingly unfriendly. She hung up as I was trying to thank her for setting up the appointment, y'know because I have manners :) I'm not about to sign onto a lease with office staff like that. I can only imagine how she is with residents.

My boyfriend and I lived here this passed year, and it was not a very pleasant experience. The place is very low quality, carpets should've been replaced before we moved in, cracks at the bottom of the wall, a hole in the bottom corner of the front door, ants upon move in, clogged drains upon moving in. There are little to no apartment community events, which I appreciate in a complex. I did appreciate the pool and 24 hour hot tub access though. I would have considered staying based on convenience of location, but when they wanted to raise rent by 10% which we were already paying way too much for what we were getting anyways, I really knew it was time to leave. I wouldn't recommend living here.

If you want to live here. Make sure you never need anything for the employees here. They never answer the phone and are always super rude to you even if it's just checking to see if a package is ready.

Bad experience from start tofinish. They jacked the rent up from 1300 to 1450. The place is worth maybe 1100. The model was nice and everything was upgraded. When I got my unit, several things were broken or old. The bedroom and front doors didn't fit in their frames. The apartment had patches of paint in odd colors, dents and cracks everywhere, the storage lock didn't work, no broom closet, broken smoke alarm and the carpet stunk like wet dog up until I moved out. I asked for things to be fixed three times and waited for a month before the manager did the check in. I told her about some of the problems and she got a few things fixed. I gave them back the apartment in exactly the state they gave it to me in and I only got a fraction of my deposit check back. They paid themselves to "fix" some things. Can't imagine what that would be. The noise isn't too bad but, parking can be rough after 7pm. The only redeeming quality is the location. Please listen to the negative reviews and keep looking. I wouldn't be surprised if they put fake positive reviews on here.

I lived here for a year. Front desk staff is unfriendly. It was stalking me all the time. The blonde manager not willing to help covering the employees. They tried to force me to add as a resident my newborn baby. After consulting the lawyer they found out that the baby can be added as a resident when no les than 18 months old. It was crazy.All the appliances are really old, like from 70's, braking all the time. But the maintenance guy very friendly repairing everything in short time. The walls are unprofessionally repaired for some hundred times. In the bath you can see a lot of rust getting out from the wall paint around the window. And a lot more.Dislike the place very much. Not recommended.
