Where do I begin ! I believe I found Givens Insurance in the yellow pages about 15 years ago after unsuccessful attempts of finding car insurance I could afford. I called and spoke to Pam Givens and lo and behold, she quoted car insurance for me and have been a faithful customer ever since. I also carry my home owners insurance with a company Pam and Jerry recommended. Over the years, they have been the utmost professionals in taking care of the customer but also going the extra mile in situations I encountered to assure I still had coverage . I have had countless insurance companies call me and try to change my business elsewhere and I just simply refuse for the simple fact of keeping my business with Pam and Jerry Givens not only treat you as a customer but you genuinely feel like a friend when they give you a call just to check up on you
